We're looking for someone who has: Experience handling technical support activities. Comfort working with production and engineering teams. Clear written and verbal communication for technical discussions. B.E/B.Tech in electrical or electronics engineering Permanent employment. What you'll do
- Optimize SMT soldering processes and resolve production issues
- Provide customer-facing technical support and product evaluations
- Optimize SMT solder paste printing, stencil design, and screen printer performance
- Monitor and improve reflow, wave soldering, and selective soldering processes
- Troubleshoot manufacturing defects and implement process improvements
