About the role

Proactively undertake tax optimization exercise relating to current operations and future expansions of the company. Stakeholder management and work with other cross-functional team members.

What you'll do

• Lead Direct & Indirect tax compliance, litigation, advisory, planning and advocacy for all business units in India
• Keeping the organization aware of the implications of various direct and indirect tax laws on business decisions
• Stay abreast of tax legislation amendments, changes in tax regime, evaluate implications for the company, support in decision-making, communication and compliance
• Represent the tax matters / litigation with various tax authorities
• Deal with regulatory agencies for all tax related issues

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Indirect tax
• Ind AS
• GST
• TDS
• MIS reporting
• Tax audit
• Chartered Accountant
