Design, review, and maintain solution architecture artifacts, including: Ensure architectural consistency, integration integrity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards. Review proposed solutions and identify architectural risks, dependencies, and gaps. Evaluate planned technology changes and verify their alignment with the HR Digital Strategy .
