SOC Lead, Professional Services Delivery Engineer IV

About the role

You will work across Microsoft Sentinel, Elastic Security, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud to deliver effective, intelligence-driven security services. Combining technical leadership with hands-on incident management, you will guide analysts and engineers while ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• As the SOC Lead, you will manage security operations delivery, oversee critical incident handling
• Lead and manage Security Operations Center activities within a managed security service provider (MSSP) environment
• Manage the complete incident response lifecycle, including detection, investigation, containment, escalation, resolution
• Conduct advanced threat hunting, forensic investigations, and post-breach analysis, producing detailed reports and actionable recommendations
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Sentinel and Elastic Security SIEM platforms
