The Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Global SOC from the India GSC, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to cybersecurity threats across the enterprise. What you'll do

• Lead 24×7 SOC operations and ensure adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Oversee security monitoring, triage, incident investigation, containment and escalation activities
• Ensure consistent execution of incident response playbooks and standard operating procedures
• Manage shift operations, staffing plans, workload balancing and operational readiness
• Lead incident coordination and post-incident reviews. Ensure timely communication with global stakeholders

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
