SOC Manager

About the role

What you'll do

• Lead, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC team, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Act as a primary escalation point for critical security incidents and ensure appropriate response and remediation efforts are carried out efficiently
• Analyze threat intelligence and proactively recommend improvements to enhance security posture and defense capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align security practices with business goals
