Social Consultant II

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Expert to join our team for infrastructure and development sector projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in social safeguards, stakeholder engagement, social impact assessments, and compliance with national and international standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct Social Impact Assessments (SIA), Social Due Diligence, and related social safeguard studies
• Prepare and review Resettlement & Rehabilitation (R&R) Plans, Livelihood Restoration Plans/Frameworks, and social management documents
• Lead stakeholder consultations, public consultations, focus group discussions, and community engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with social safeguard requirements of international financial institutions such as IFC, The World Bank, ADB, JICA, and other multilateral agencies
• Review and assess land acquisition processes and compliance with national and state regulations

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Stakeholder management
• Internal controls
• Due diligence
• Any graduate
