Social Media Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a Social Media Analyst who can own Quicko's presence across every platform — someone who is as comfortable reading performance data as they are writing a caption, scripting a reel, or spotting a trend before it peaks. You understand how each platform works, what its audience wants, and what it takes to turn tax and finance into content people stop and actually engage with.

What you'll do

• Developing and maintaining a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube to drive consistency and timely delivery
• Writing captions, hooks, and platform-native copy that fits the format, the audience, and the moment
• Tracking KPIs and analysing performance metrics across platforms to identify what's working and where to improve
• Coordinating with video editors, designers, and subject matter experts to ship content that looks good and gets the details right

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Social media
• Lean
• Any graduate
