Social Media Executive

About the role

Most social media executive jobs in Pune treat the role as content production with a side of analytics. You publish 10 posts a week from a calendar someone else built, respond to comments when you remember, and pull a report on Friday that nobody really reads. After a year, you're a fast publisher — but not a sharper social media professional than when you started.

What you'll do

• Help shape our brand voice and our clients' digital identity across platforms — from engaging captions to performance-backed strategies
• Get genuine input on content strategy, write the captions that actually go out, decide which trends to lean into and which to skip
• Develop and execute scroll-stopping content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite
• Monitor trends, memes, and algorithm updates to keep content relevant
