As a Software Asset Management Analyst, you will work with the latest technology, including automation and AI, encouraging innovation while developing and supporting best practices to drive software investment value and efficiency for our businesses. This role is far more than license compliance; it is about having an in-depth level of insight of the business software needs and balancing it with an ever-increasing complex software inventory.

What you'll do

• Support daily software asset management operations, including administrative and analytical activities across the software lifecycle
• Process software installation and removal requests accurately and within established timelines
• Maintain software inventory and catalog records, including versioning data within software asset management tools
• Partner with end users to confirm software currency, maintenance alignment, and business usage requirements
• Prepare reporting and analysis to support inventory management, cost optimization, and software investment decisions
