What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of fullstack capabilities for the DMS (document lifecycle, metadata, workflows, access control
• Run and stabilize production systems: monitoring, incident and problem management, performance tuning, CI/CD and release management, capacity planning
• Provide technical leadership on complex work: legacy refactoring, data/document migration strategies, reducing technical debt, documenting architecture decisions
