About the role

Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. We use technical and non-technical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other engineers to build tools that enable large-scale data collection and analysis
• Tackle challenges ranging from Automated Data Collection framework development to building new features for our self-service tools
• Be part of a team that adds new capabilities to our customers through core engineering and AI/ML methodologies
• Have the opportunity to exercise your creativity and explore ideas to simulate and quantify any aspect of the customer experience
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for data collection and analysis platforms

What you need
