Software Development Engineer, DSP Tech

About the role

DSP Safety Tech is a newly established team with a clear mission: convert every safety event into a clear, trusted action for every DSP, in every market, every time. We operate at the intersection of data engineering, applied science, and product development, serving stakeholders from investigators to insurance to DSP owners themselves.

What you'll do

• Your day may involve writing and reviewing code for backend services, building frontend features for the safety dashboard, discussing design approaches with your team
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and data scientists to bring data driven capabilities to life
• Participate in sprint planning, stand ups, and retrospectives, contributing ideas to improve both the product and the development process
• Have the opportunity to learn and grow across the full stack, from data pipelines to user facing experiences

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
