What you'll do

• Define and drive test strategy across functional, regression, integration, performance, resiliency, and automation testing to ensure enterprise quality standards are met
• Lead test automation initiatives by developing reusable frameworks, improving automation coverage, and promoting continuous quality practices
• Own release quality and production readiness , ensuring appropriate test coverage, regression execution, testing signoffs
• Provide leadership and mentoring to SDETs and test engineers while establishing testing standards, KPIs, and best practices
• Partner closely with Agile squads , including Product Owners, Technology Leads, Developers, and Scrum Masters to define testable requirements and support sprint execution
