About the role

DSP Safety Tech is a newly established team with a clear mission: convert every safety event into a clear, trusted action for every DSP, in every market, every time. We operate at the intersection of data engineering, applied science, and product development, serving stakeholders from investigators to insurance to DSP owners themselves.

What you'll do

• Your day may involve reviewing architectural designs for the governed data layer, partnering with upstream platform teams on signal integration
• Regularly engage with stakeholders across investigations, claims, insurance, accountability
• Balance strategic roadmap planning with hands on technical leadership, ensuring your team delivers operationally stable, scalable solutions across multiple countries

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Java
• C#
• C++
• Reconciliation
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
