Software Engineer – Data & Distributed Systems

What you'll do

• Design and build highly scalable cloud-native services, APIs, event streams, and data pipelines processing customer data and business events at global scale
• Design and implement asynchronous messaging with Kafka and cloud-native equivalents (e.g. Azure Event Hub, Google Pub/Sub)
• Design and maintain consumer analytics datasets, data models and transformation workflows via modern data platforms (e.g. dbt, Spark, Databricks) to support reporting
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to design solutions across APIs, event streams, and distributed systems
• Translate ambiguous business problems (working with product, data, and business teams) into scalable technical solutions
