Software Engineer III

About the role

Enterprise Technology builds and operates software that supports critical business capabilities across the organization. As a Software Engineer III, you will independently own complex engineering projects, significant features, services, integrations, and technical workstreams from design through production.

What you'll do

• Own significant features, services, integrations, or project workstreams from problem definition and design through production support
• Solve complex and ambiguous engineering problems and design maintainable APIs, data models, workflows, components, and user experiences
• Help define project scope, technical approach, success criteria, and delivery milestones
• Make project-level technical decisions and recommend improvements within established architecture
• Use AI coding agents and other AI-assisted tools to improve delivery and quality, while applying strong judgment about when human review or deeper validation is needed

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Python
• TypeScript
• Test automation
• Any graduate
