About the role

You’ll join a collaborative squad that includes a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Development Lead, Developers, and Testers. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of software products. Yo u’ll w ork across multiple systems, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and turn user needs into practical technical solutions.

What you'll do

• Co llaborate with technical teams to clarify and finalize requirements
• Design and develop comp lex backend components and services
• Review code, contribute to design documents, and ensure high technical quality
• Resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement
• Work across different development environments (e.g., Agile)

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Java
