About the role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll build the Microsoft-based solutions that power how the world’s top law firms work every day — delivering new features and enhancements that directly shape the reliability, performance, and innovation of Litera’s product suite. Beyond shipping code, you’ll serve as a mentor and point of authority for areas of the product — triaging bugs, supporting Tier 3 escalations, and helping the team grow.

What you'll do

Design and deliver robust front-end and back-end software solutions using C#, .NET
Collaborate within a Scrum framework alongside developers, QA engineers, architects
Serve as a mentor and point of authority for areas of the product — triaging bugs, acting as an escalation point for Tier 3 developer support, and helping teammates grow
Own the quality of your work end-to-end — from resolving defects with QA to creating and maintaining clear solution documentation
