What you'll do

Lead and develop software engineers across teams
Ensure solutions follow agreed software architecture, DevOps, and security patterns
Oversee complex technical decisions, cross-team dependencies, and trade-offs
Partner closely with Architecture, DevOps, AI, and Enablement leadership
Ensure consistent adoption of engineering standards and controls
