What you'll do

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers who work directly with customers and partners on complex migrations
• Lead and develop the team
• Manage and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, giving clear feedback and building growth paths
• Recruit, hire and onboard engineers who can succeed in both customer delivery and engineering
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery, working closely with customers and system integrators

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
