Software Engineering Manager - HIH - Evernorth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Manager with 11 to 13 years of experience to join the Data and Analytics Engineering (D&AE) operational effectiveness team. The Manager will oversee the stability and performance of data integration and reporting platforms, including Ab Initio and Informatica.

What you'll do

• Expertise in managing team capacity, prioritizing workloads, and allocating resources effectively to meet SLAs and operational objectives
• Skilled in setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular reviews, and implementing professional development plans to enhance team capabilities
• Develop and manage report and data feeds involving complex queries
• Perform root cause analysis on for data pipeline failures and data discrepancies
• Work with business partners to resolve defects identified in a timely manner
