What you'll do

• As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and enable multiple software engineering functions, including Development and Test
• Balance execution, people leadership, technical strategy, and organizational priorities while ensuring predictable delivery, product quality
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with architects, product management, quality, regulatory, and engineering teams to drive technical direction
• Lead software engineers and technical leads across multiple engineering functions, providing people leadership, execution oversight, technical guidance
• Proven experience working with cross-functional software engineering teams, including Development, Test/QA, and DevOps functions
