About the role

This Manager will supervise the work of an operational software development team, allocating daily tasks and providing immediate support to ensure projects stay on track. They address coding or system issues as they arise, provide real-time feedback, and monitor the onboarding and skill development of new team members.

What you'll do

  • Manage and coach direct reports, supporting onboarding and skill development
  • Oversee delivery of web portals and exam delivery software, ensuring standards in .Net
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate blockers, and implement process improvements for quality and efficiency
  • Proven experience managing software development teams
  • Strong track record delivering web-based solutions
