What you'll do
- Training & Enablement: Train merchants and internal teams on how DayCheck works, including system behavior, reporting logic, and key DayCheck workflows
- Support Escalation: Handle advanced support requests from frontline teams, especially those related to implementation configurations, money movement, integrations
