About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend platforms and cloud-native applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role combines strong technical leadership with people management responsibilities, including coaching, performance management, talent development, delivery ownership, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

Engineering Leadership & Delivery
Lead and manage multiple engineering teams comprising approximately 10+ software engineers, senior engineers, and technical leads
Drive end-to-end product delivery, ensuring high quality, predictable execution, and alignment with business objectives
Partner with Product Management, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Oversee planning, estimation, execution, and release activities across multiple product streams
