About the role

We are hiring a Software Support Executive to look after the clients who use the web applications and software we build. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; candidates from Wayanad are preferred.

What you'll do

  • Answer client questions on phone, WhatsApp and email, and resolve day-to-day issues in our applications
  • Reproduce bugs, log them clearly and follow up with the development team until they are fixed
  • Set up new client accounts, import data and give onboarding training
  • Keep user guides and FAQ documents up to date
  • Patient, clear communicator in Malayalam and English

What you need

  • Open to freshers
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • SQL
  • Python
