Software System Engineer

About the role

You’ll work at the intersection of developer experience, platform engineering, and AI-driven productivity, partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex, real-world challenges while driving innovation across the organization.

What you'll do

• Monitors and tests application performance for potential bottlenecks, identifies possible solutions, and works to implement those fixes
• Writes and executes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs
• Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user manuals
• Leads a project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable
• Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution
