Solution Analyst/ Technical Program Manager

About the role

As the Strategy Advancement Program Lead within the Tech, Data, & Product Learning & Development group, you will be working with the Product Owners across POWER UP, DEV UP and Ignite to plan and deliver high profile events and take the lead across certain events in location in partnership with Tech location leaders to bring the participant experience to life.

• Overall accountability for the end-to-end planning and management of a set of Strategy Advancement events (POWER UP) that are delivered globally across multiple LOBs and…
• Create the event ‘Playbook’, with best practice artifacts to support planning
• Work closely with the TDP Learning & Development communications lead to ensure all branding and messaging used within standard artifacts is on point and appropriate
• Input into delivery progress reporting across individual product areas and across the TDP Learning & Development group to feed into governance and sponsor forums
• Design and manage the processes to adopt a strong expenses discipline across the products
