About the role

What you'll do

• Lead the Customer Platform architecture design, including customer identity, master data, consent, Customer 360, integration, and data consumption
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable platform designs
• Define target architectures, integration patterns, data flows, technical decisions, and implementation guidance across Reltio, Salesforce, Databricks
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards
• Drive simplification, reuse, modernization, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to support reliable, future-ready customer data capabilities

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
