Solution Architect

About the role

Looking for a senior QE professional, in the Senior Manager to Director range, to take on a Day Zero role: ensuring new engagements start green right after an RFP win, and stepping into existing accounts in the geography that are facing delivery issues.

What you'll do

• Ensure every new engagement (post-RFP win) mobilizes to a green start — test strategy, staffing, tooling, and governance defined from day one
• Step into existing accounts in the geography facing delivery issues and drive stabilization/turnaround
• Set up and run testing centers/QA CoEs for large accounts — operating model, staffing pyramid, tooling, and governance
• Lead large-scale QA programs end-to-end across functional, automation, performance, and test data workstreams
• Manage global testing delivery — distributed teams, multiple time zones, and multi-vendor/onshore-offshore models

What you need

• 14–20 yrs of experience
• Machine learning
• Any graduate
