Solution Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to lead end-to-end platform implementations for enterprise clients. The role involves working closely with customers to map complex financial processes, design solutions aligned to business KPIs and regulatory requirements, and ensure seamless integration within their IT ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Solution Delivery & Customer Engagement
• Lead end-to-end implementations, spanning discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment execution
• Map and validate complex financial processes — including lending, claims management, customer onboarding, and compliance workflows
• Design solutions aligned with business KPIs, regulatory requirements, and risk control frameworks
• Configure and operationalize the platform within enterprise IT and data ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals
