Solution Engineer

About the role

As a Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, demonstrating, and implementing enterprise-level SaaS, chatbot, conversational AI, and CPaaS solutions for clients. This is a highly client-facing role that combines strong communication and consultative skills with hands-on technical execution.

What you'll do

• Design and implement chatbot, conversational agent, and AI-powered solutions tailored to client requirements
• Engage directly with customers to understand their business challenges, explain technical concepts, present solutions, and build confidence in the proposed approach
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, solution reviews, feasibility analyses, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept discussions
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, implementation plans, and scopes of work
• Use AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and similar AI platforms to accelerate solution design, implementation, coding, prototyping, and documentation
