Solutions Design Analyst, Specialty Solutions

About the role

We're looking for passionate Solutions Design Analysts to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for professionals with a Business Analyst mindset who enjoy analyzing complex clinical trial requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary liaison between sponsors, project teams, and technical stakeholders to analyze, document
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions to understand protocol objectives, study workflows, and operational needs
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end Solutions Design process, ensuring clinical protocols are accurately translated into system specifications and configurations
• Produce clear business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and design documentation to support study implementations
• Provide business analysis expertise during client-facing meetings, helping stakeholders understand solution capabilities, constraints, and recommendations
