About the role

We are looking for a field-tested Site Execution Manager / Head – Civil to directly oversee on-site civil works, structural concrete, and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) fast-track construction for our AI data center projects.

What you'll do

• Core & Shell Foundation & Structural Execution
• PEB & Structural Steel Erection: Direct the fast-track assembly and field erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), heavy structural steel columns, composite decking
• Elevated Floor Slabs & Loading: Ensure strict execution tolerances and load-bearing capacities for data hall floor slabs designed to carry fluid-filled piping networks…
• Civil Site Works & Infrastructure
• Building Envelope & Finishing: Oversee the installation of Insulated Metal Panels (IMP), roofing systems, fire-rated perimeter walls, acoustic enclosures
