SOM Enablement Specialist, LDA

About the role

This role is responsible for providing strategic order management support on a regional or global basis for Platform Access Commercial deals. The objective of this position is to provide specialist support linking with key PAC partners including the PAC proposition team, regional PAC leads, SAM Account Teams, Legal teams and Project Managers / GBC’s.

What you'll do

• Run all elements of the RAAS Checklist to review account details ahead of implementation
• Establishes communication plan with all regional BAU OMS
• Run Global Bill for RA customers
• Review account to assess the validity of the account hierarchy and identify pre-migration cleanse activities in relation to the existing installed base
• Validate current contractual situation in regard to the RMA and associated Schedules
