The SOP Specialist will be responsible to design and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Optima HiTL and HoTL operations in Amazon. This role plays a critical part in supporting the development and evaluation of LLM models through SOP content strategy and associated annotation workflow development in close partnership with Product Managers, Data Scientists, SDEs, and other cross-functional teams.
