What you'll do

• Execute RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for defined R&D categories (e.g. CROs, Lab Services, Pharma Sciences) or spend thresholds under guidance of the Sourcing Lead
• Support the Source-to-Contract process through market research, spend analysis, proposal evaluation, and contract administration
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, driving value and competitive advantage to Takeda
• Have a primary anchor position related to R&D but would be expected to flex and work in other categories as appropriate
• Sourcing Execution & RfX Management

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Sourcing
• PowerPoint
• Excel
• SAP
• Research
• Due diligence
• Any graduate
