Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end sourcing activities, supplier management, contract execution, and procurement process optimization across assigned business functions. The role partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost efficiencies, ensure procurement compliance, enhance supplier performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead sourcing projects by understanding business requirements, developing sourcing strategies, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating competitive commercial terms
• Identify and deliver cost optimization opportunities through competitive bidding, supplier rationalization, demand consolidation, and total cost analysis
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, approval matrices, governance requirements, and audit standards
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, including supplier identification, onboarding, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate the initiation, negotiation, execution, and maintenance of supplier contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Legal teams
