About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spa & Recreation Executive to join our hospitality team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our spa and recreation facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Oversee all spa and recreation facility operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation
• Manage and supervise spa staff, providing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Coordinate and promote spa services, wellness programs, and recreational activities to enhance guest engagement
• Manage booking systems, reservations, and guest scheduling to optimize facility utilization
