Prioritize Code-1 (urgent) orders to support instrument downtime situations. Escalate critical delays and implement recovery actions to minimize operational impact. Repaired parts cost saving & missed opportunities Submit part numbers material extension form to master data team for APAC countries. experience 7 working at a client of randstad india

What you'll do

• Plan, create, and manage spare parts orders based on requests from APAC countries
• Coordinate spare parts' ordering end-to-end from order creation, processing, shipment and delivery
• Track and manage backorders across APAC, get allocation from source and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Liaise with source to understand supply shortages and expected availability timelines
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on backorder status and expected fulfillment dates
