What you'll do

• Provide daytoday Claude AI support including onboarding and access issue resolution following established processes
• Assist users in translating practical needs into effective Claude workflows troubleshoot and escalate with clear reproduction steps
• Collect user feedback and recurring issues to implement small improvements in Claude workflows
• Maintain concise runbooks examples and FAQs to facilitate reusable answers for common queries
• Configure test and troubleshoot Claude connectors to approved internal tools and data sources

What you need
