Specialist Assistant Manager-Global E&A-Bengaluru

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with 6+ years of post-MBA work experience, with strong capabilities in project management and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Partnering with the Growth Platforms Chief of Staff to support execution of strategic priorities and business operations activities across the Growth Platforms team
• Driving end-to-end management of leadership meetings, including agenda development, content preparation, logistics planning, execution support
• Creating, maintaining, and enhancing the Growth Platforms Playbook and onboarding materials for key stakeholder groups, including Chief Commercial Officers
• Managing content across team knowledge-sharing and internal communication platforms, including updates to the Growth Platforms KX site and leadership communications
• Supporting special projects and leadership priorities through cross-functional coordination, action tracking, stakeholder alignment, and operational execution
