About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned, motivated and self-driven Project & Operations management professional to own and manage Projects and various operational functions of the team. The apt individual will need to demonstrate strong project, operations and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple groups including talent stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to govern and deliver excellent solutions and services.

What you'll do

• Manage projects from planning through delivery, tracking scope, cost, quality, and timelines
• Partner with Digital & Analytics leaders to manage operational activities and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel
• Test solutions and deliverables against defined requirements and document results to support expected outcomes
• Implement quality, risk, and issue-management processes; identify issues, analyze inputs, and determine corrective actions
• Coordinate with Talent stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to align priorities, delivery timelines, risks, and project communications

What you need
