What you'll do

• Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks, including the coordination of division events and related logistics
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Maintain and update documentation, records, and databases
• Coordinate with the Transport Office and helpdesk to address employee requests, resolve service issues, and support day-to-day workplace operations
• Manage employee coordination and procurement activities, including purchase requests, order tracking, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
