The Manager – ACE Wholesale Branch Operations will drive business transformation, process excellence, digitization, and strategic initiatives across Wholesale Banking Operations.

What you'll do

Lead transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives across Wholesale Branch Operations
Manage end-to-end delivery of operational, regulatory, business, and technology-driven projects
Gather and document business requirements, process flows, impact assessments, and functional specifications
Identify opportunities for process simplification, digitization, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency
Drive initiatives across Client Onboarding, Account Opening & Maintenance, Customer Servicing, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Letters of Credit (LCs)
