Specialist- Curriculum and Teacher Development (Embedded in OPs team)

About the role

We are looking for a Curriculum & Teacher Development Specialist at Panchkula to work closely with the state team to integrate the curricular vision and practices to enable them to create and administer Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum at scale.

What you'll do

• Own the adaptation of central curriculum design for state context
• Co-own alignment building and vetting processes with the state government
• Facilitate feedback loops between the field, state team and central curriculum team to identify gaps and improve curriculum design and resources
• Own the alignment building processes on training and ongoing support design between state and central teams
• Drive aspects like schedules, resource allocation in regards to teacher support for the state

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Curriculum development
• Teaching
• Any graduate
