About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and activations in collaboration with U.S.-based Strategic Marketers, including national and portfolio marketing leaders, and work closely with business or practice leaders. This role drives strategic alignment, manages content, and optimizes performance using data insights.

What you'll do

• As a Deputy Manager, you will help manage campaign planning by developing content strategies aligned with audience needs and business priorities
• Collaborate with Client Account Teams and Research & Insights to help shape targeting strategies using behavioral and market data
• Also manage campaign budgets, create financial forecasts, and demonstrate ROI while coordinating activations to maintain strategic alignment and operational excellence
• This includes managing agency relationships, optimizing media mix, and driving video, audio, and email initiatives through refined segmentation and engagement strategies
• Help manage demand generation efforts, optimize performance using data insights, and manage event strategies for key business units
