About the role

We are looking for a Specialist DevOps Engineer to join a distributed team, working day-to-day alongside fellow engineers to deliver and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure. In this role, you will be a strong hands-on practitioner — deploying and operating Kubernetes-based platforms, building CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to the team's shared tooling and practices.

What you'll do

Kubernetes & Container Platform
Deploy, operate, and maintain Kubernetes workloads on Redhat Openshift and AKS in production and test environments
Work within established cluster standards — applying RBAC policies, namespace conventions, and workload placement guidelines set by the team
Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and work with the Kubernetes tooling ecosystem: Helm, Kustomize, ingress controllers, and service mesh
Follow and help maintain container image standards: base-image usage, vulnerability scanning, and registry hygiene
