Specialist, Digital Strategy & Innovation

About the role

We are looking for a digitally minded manufacturing professional who can bridge plant operations and digital technology to identify business problems, develop digital solutions and drive their implementation at scale.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities across manufacturing and plant operations where digital technologies can solve business problems and improve operational performance
• Lead digital transformation projects end-to-end — from problem identification, business case and solution design to implementation, adoption and scale-up
• Partner with plant teams to understand shop-floor challenges, process losses, downtime
• Leverage technologies such as IoT/IIoT, MES, automation, AI/ML, analytics, Power BI, SAP and IT/OT integration to develop practical manufacturing solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, IT and external technology partners to deliver digital initiatives
